The Order of Philippine Raptors Incorporated, “Philippine Raptors” is a civic organization with the mandate to secure the sovereignty of the country through the deep endearment of nationalism in civil defense. We live and breathe to defend the Freedom of every Filipino from contemporary tyranny that enslaves the people of our nation. We move to serve our people and alleviate their suffering through humanitarian services in the proficient rescue, recovery, and restoration process.
Armed conflict and calamities have caused many to suffer. Philippine Raptors was founded with the courage to reignite the patriotic mind of every Filipino and immensely embrace it with a full heart. Today’s battle cry is no longer fought with swords but with education and ideology. We still have time to make an impact to protect our great-grandchildren’s future. Be remembered as a “Raptor, the heart, and mind of a Patriot.”
SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS IN THE PHILIPPINES
The Philippine Raptors supports the United Nations (UN) Sustainable Development Goals, a global call to action to end poverty, protect the earth’s environment and climate, and ensure that people everywhere can enjoy peace and prosperity. PHILIPPINE RAPTORS MAJOR MANDATE
RESCUE OPERATIONS
Responders are trained to help anyone in need of medical attention through first aid and transport to the nearest medical emergency facility as well as coordinate with authorities.
RECOVERY SERVICES
Our team includes many experts in healthcare medical missions and humanitarian aid sponsors that are ready to assist the most vulnerable in the aftermath of any disaster.
RESTORATION PLANS
We build together with our engineering experts and construction team that are always ready to share resources for the assembly of shelters, including reintroducing livelihood projects.
RAPTORS WOMEN
The order understands and respects the important role of every woman in our society. We ensure that programs are catered to progressive livelihood. It also includes empowerment initiatives to boost morale and confidence while ensuring protective services for all women across the country.
RAPTORS YOUTH
Young people are the next generation leaders of our country. We need to ensure that they are fully equipped not only in academe but also in practical emergency preparedness programs. Our training is designed to uplift mental health, strengthen physical capability, and motivates the emotional aspect of life preparing them to be firm leader in the future. It is beneficial for educational institutions and out-of-school youth programs to partner with Philippine Raptors to help in the development process.

Education is timeless and the most precious treasure. Wisdom is the greatest achievement a man can ever attain with a network of knowledge based on experience and facts. Equipping every citizen to be ready for armed conflict, natural disasters, and emergency situations is challenging but possible. The future is unpredictable and preparation is our only ally to ensure our survivability and preserve humanity.
Basic to advanced first aid training and health care seminars may just save a life any time. It can be your relative, friend, colleague, or a simple stranger on the street. However, when the Big One happens, how can we all survive? Can we even help our loved ones in a time of this great calamity? The answer is preparation. Be trained in our certified programs that will allow you to be an official responder, rescuer or first aider. Raptors Academy is designed to train and enhance the skills of individuals to be a proactive life saver and help preserve humanity.

By 2030, Raptors will have more than 3 Million Certified Emergency Responders. Equipping majority of the country’s Riders and Motorists nationwide to be First Aiders.
By 2030, Raptors will be operating at least 1 Multi-Purpose Response Vehicle to the 148 Cities in the Philippines.
By 2035, Raptors will be operating at least 1 Multi-Purpose Response Vehicle to the 1,489 Municipalities in the Philippines.
By 2035, Raptors will be operating at least 1 Training and Command Center Facility in all 81 provinces in the Philippines.

AUXILIARY GROUP
Force multiplier groups are the most important reactive response unit in every emergency situation. We encourage every able citizen, especially riders, drivers, unions, cooperatives, corporations, offices, businesses, organizations, and households to be trained to quickly act in life-threatening situations. Every second counts and even the most basic knowledge in first aid can save a precious life.
PROFESSIONALS
Experts in different disciplines such as healthcare, construction, manufacturing, etc. are our greatest partners in the development of rescue, recovery, and restoration services in a local community. We encourage members to be trained and be certified rescuers recognized by authorities to save lives. It is very noble to voluntarily share our time, talents, and treasures to protect and preserve humanity.
ELITE MASTERS
Leadership requires voluntary dedication, expert planning, and the effective execution of plans to accomplish our mandate. Certified commanders nationwide administer the operations of the organization to effectively train responders and members to be elevated accordingly. Coordination and partnership with the local government on all our mandated activities require open communication for quick response.
